[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Most insurance companies provide for some physical therapy coverage. Allow our insurance specialist to establish exactly how much coverage your plan has to offer. After calling our facility, we will perform an insurance “intake” that our insurance specialist will need to determine the details of your insurance plan. This is usually accomplished in less than 24 hours.
We submit for reimbursement from all insurance companies (see list). We work with most insurance companies. However, because each plan and policy can vary within each insurance company, it is best for our insurance department to verify your coverage for you. In most cases, even if we are out of your network, you may only be responsible for your co-payment.
As a courtesy to you, we will verify your benefits to ensure that you are well informed of your treatment options. Should there be a discrepancy on benefit details reported, we encourage you to also contact your carrier to be aware of your covered and non-covered benefits.
You are ultimately responsible for knowing the details of your coverage (e.g., need for a physician’s referral, pre-authorization, number of visits allowed, percent of coverage, deductibles, copayment amounts, etc.), which may determine the extent of your financial responsibility.
All Worker’s Compensation and motor vehicle claims are accepted so long as you have an open claim and case number. Please have this available when you contact us.
